I thought someone had accessed my computer/ or phone to gain accesss to my bank account. I called Cyberficient. Technical support answered the phone in a timely manner. They set up remote access to my phone and computer to review the security settings and apps. After revioew, they determined that my computer and phone were secure. I was able to cancel my bank card and get a new one. The bank reversed the disputed charges . The staff at Cyberficient is always proficient and very responsive, but Andrew was an absolute lifesaver on Friday, 12/30. Both my monitors stopped working, and I had yearend work that had to be completed. After spending quite a bit of time trying to fix the issue remotely, he volunteered to come to my house to personally make the repair. This included a trip to Best Buy for the items he needed and an hour round-trip commute. I’m always so thankful for their IT assistance but this was above and beyond! Thank you!
